I was wondering what is the biggest set of tyres i can fit on a 07 D40 STX with no lift and stock suspension

Biggest Tyres you can fit would be 265/70 R17 or 265/75 R16. You may scrape 275s but you might find you have to cut the inner mudflap to get full lock. This is also dependant on what offset wheel you are running.
