Hi guys. New to the forum.
I have a 2012 Spanish built D40.
3inch turbo back catless exhaust
egr delete
plazman front mount and all piping
duplex timing chain
CCT stage 2 turbo
dynotuned by DTA
Hikeit throttle control
jmax airbox and snorkel
the list goes on….
im currently on my 4th turbo in two years from CCT… all replaced under warranty but have had enough.
does anyone here know what a good stage two option is as I’m having a really hard time finding anything because of the electronic actuator.
Is there a way to put a garret high flow stage 2 (which is manual actuator) in place of the electronic actuator type turbo. Does anyone know of a work around here or if it can be done.

Re: D40 turbo upgrade
Hey Navman,
I would personally stick with the Borg Warner. I can ask my supplier on Monday whether they can do a stage 2 build on this one : https://navlife.com.au/product/turbo-ch ... -exchange/
Let me know if you are still chasing something. Stay clear of CCT. They don't have a very good name at all in the automotive industry.
