Gday..driving my D40 V6 today and whenever I backed off coming to a corner etc a fast rattle started.
Coming home it was gone..any thoughts.

V6 petrol or diesel?
Hard to say without hearing it.
But if it's a diesel, the injectors and the timing chain(s) would be my first gut reaction.
If it's a manual, it might be buggered springs in the clutch DMF...
