D22 Timing Chain Replacement

have a D22 2012 , been diagnosed with a stretched timing chain, been quoted 20 hours labour to fit a new one ! Is that fair and Reasonable?

To do a timing chain replacement in a D22 it is engine out as the sump needs to be removed to get the timing cover off etc. It generally costs around $2000 - $2500 for labour. We sell the timing chain kits for these if interested.
