Valve clearance specs needed

Hi I have a R51 2007 2.5 ltr diesel, 
the engine has a topend rattle like tappet noise I have narrowed it down to №3 cylinder, have removed engine cover, hoses n wiring around cam cover, 
need specs for clearance of valves but would like a manual lin or advic  on steps as not to miss some small oversight as not to cause any damage to components, 
this is the first engine maintenance other than services has 274+thou k's,
bit of a bugger of a job as injectors lines need to be taken off so might as well change fuel filters primary, secondary & inline but bugger changing long-range and main tank ones,
any advice on task would be verry helpful and much appreciated, would like specs before removing cover,
